6. Documents/reports related to any active or inactive above or underground storage tanks at the property, including tank details.
7. Documents/reports related to any leaking above or underground storage tanks on or around property.
8. Records/details related to any hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials or wastes used or stored at the property.
9. Documents/reports related to responses to fires or hazardous materials spills on or around the property.
