I am the prospective buyer of this property and am seeking to verify the status of permits and compliance, particularly in relation to recent renovations and possible electrical work, prior to closing.

Thank you for providing the information in response to my OPRA request.

Could you please confirm whether permit 24-0743 and its related sub-permits—24-0743+A (addition of shower and exhaust fan) and 24-0743+D (built-up beam on the first floor)—have been approved by the inspector?

At this stage, I am not asking whether the permits are officially closed. I’m specifically looking to confirm if all of the above permits have received inspection approval.
