This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
For Block 29, Lot 1 and 1X requesting Tax Assessor's Property Record Cards (not only current card, the historical cards also, front and back of each please); from Building, Fire and Planning: Records of tanks of any kind, date of construction, prior improvement demolition records, list of permits if possible, records of spills, asbestos, lead paint, and wells of any kind.

Please be advised that this office is in receipt of your and has been processed accordingly. We have assigned Tracking #9979 for reference. You should receive a response no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from the Tax Assessor, Health, and Fire Departments. Please be advised that our office will be requesting an extension of time for the remaining of the request. This extension is being requested due to the Building Department’s emergent shortage of staff. The extension is until Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Should the documentation become available sooner, we will provide same to you prior to the date referred above.
