Building and Work Permit Request
Dear Mount Olive Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Kindly provide the following information for 65 Main Street, Flanders:
All building permits from 1959 to present;
All plumbing permits from 1959 to present;
All electrical permits from 1959 to present;
All information/certificates regarding oil tank removal, install, decommissioned/abandoned oil tanks;
All septic permits from 1959 to present; and
Any and all septic plans, septic inspections, septic design, sewage complaints, pumping permits from 1959 to present.
