Budget Request--funds to charter schools
Dear Collingswood Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of all contracts or agreements between the Collingswood School District and all charter schools receiving funds from the school district, and the invoices, copies of checks, etc. for each of these charter schools for the academic years of 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Your request has been received.
Charter Schools are considered other public schools by the State of NJ. We
do not have contracts as the State determines what we remit to them.
Due to lack of space in the Board office, the canceled checks and related
payment schedules from the State going back to 2016 are in storage.
To pull them from storage, we are assessed a fee per box in storage . The
estimate to pull the boxes is $300.
In addition, due to the size of this request I am requesting a 10 cents per
sheet fee for the copying.
