Any and all Initial Police Incident Reports, CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) reports, or records of call-for-service associated with police activity/response to the intersection of Garden Avenue and Park Place in Brick, NJ, occurring at approximately 8:00 PM (20:00 hours) on the date specified.
The Police Blotter/Call Log Entry for the intersection of Garden Avenue and Park Place for the time period of 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on November 22, 2025.
If the records I seek are identified by an official incident or case number, please provide that number in your response.
I understand that the custodian has seven (7) business days to grant or deny this request. If any portion of this request is denied, please state the specific legal basis for the denial, as required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.g.
