Dear Brick Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide any and all records associated with Brick 70 developers LLC minor subdiv with variances for the year 2022 regarding the entrance and exit to Duquesne.

Also include traffic studies and patterns prompting the Grid at Duquesne and North Lake Shore Drive intersection, "don't block the Box", which I believe was in 2021.
