Dear Bound Brook Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- Payroll records since inception for "Bound Brook EMS" to include all hourly and salary staff
- All monthly billing revenue reports since inception for "Bound Brook EMS" including monthly trip summary, deposit summary and any other monthly reports received from third party billing
- Copies of all staffing records such as a "monthly schedule" indicating in-service hours for "Bound Brook EMS"
It is understood that reasonable redactions will be made to protect employee and patient information.

Social security numbers were redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.
Further, as to the Payroll Summary, in addition to redactions to the SSNs, please note we have redacted the employer ID and all entries under the Federal and State W/T and net pay columns, as well as health insurance payments, pension payments, and net pay.
Regarding the net pay and tax withholdings please see the below basis for redaction:
Because the itemized deductions contained on the employee card relate to an individual’s finances, they are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002), and because said deductions are not included in the definition of a payroll record under N.J.A.C. 12: 16-2.1, said itemized deductions do not constitute a payroll record subject to disclosure under OPRA. See O'Shea v. Twp. of West Milford (Passaic), GRC Complaint No. 2008-283 (November 2009).
