Dear Seaside Heights Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: The complete meeting livestream from the June 7, 2023 Borough Council meeting. Currently, the video uploaded to the Borough's website for this meeting is 2 minutes 43 seconds long and only contains the Pledge of Allegiance.

Was the live stream recording intentionally turned off after 2 minutes and 43 seconds? Or is this another example of "faulty equipment" like the August 17, 2022 meeting?

Live streams are never "intentionally" turned off. This concludes your request.
