Dear Pam Borghi,

Who can I contact to learn the name of the record(s) I want? The public record gives no indication of the name.

The date would be sometime in April or May 2019.

The subject matter is the calculation of amounts in sections 3A and 3C of Ordinance 2019-21.

Yours sincerely,

Dan Riordan

Pam Borghi, Red Bank Borough

You can email our CFO for an explanation of the calculations.  There is no
need to file an OPRA request to ask a question or ask for information.
The OPRA statute is just to provide for citizen access to existing,
identified records.  In many cases, these records are available upon
simple request.  If you feel you aren't getting access to a
specific record, please feel free to use the OPRA process.
