Dear Moonachie Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I’m requesting the entire body camera footage from Moonachie Police Officer Vito Detrizio-126 from 10/18/22 from 6 pm to 9 pm while I was at the Moonachie Police station.

Officer Detrizio removed his body camera around 8 pm before he asked me to autograph Complaint Summons 0237-S-2022-000027.

Due to Officer Detrizio removing his body camera, I’m requesting CCTV footage inside the Moonachie Police station that captures Officer Detrizio from 8 pm to 9 pm.
