In response to your OPRA please note that the request can be provided,
however, there is a cost of $36.00 to complete, as that represents the
hourly rate of the lowest level grade capable of completing the required
redaction of sensitive material captured on the footage.  Sensitive
materials can include, but not limited to: personal/identifying
information, privacy concerns, confidential matters, etc.  I will wait to
hear from you before proceeding.

As stated the fee would need to be paid before releasing, you can go to the Police Records Department and pay, once paid we would release. I will inform the Records Department that you will be there to pay the fee.
