Dear Ocean Township (Ocean),

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1- All Body Cam footage and transcripts pertaining to the DOA Investigation on 3/26/22 regarding Diana Crawford in the woods. As next of kin, I am requesting an UNREDACTED copy of Officer and First Responders audio and video footage upon arrival to the scene.
2-Witness Statements of ALL parties involved, INCLUDING those of who left the scene prior to the arrival of First Responders.
3-Any follow up Statements, Reports of involved parties pertaining to the investigation.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

This OPRA cannot be completed until you can prove lineage to Diana Crawford. Please provide proof that you are next of Kin or have the legal power over this estate.

You can come to Town Hall with your photo identification and proof of next of Kin.

Once this has been established, the Township will move forward with the request.

This OPRA is on hold until this is established.
