I am following up regarding your OPRA request of April 10. The Clerk’s
office previously responded on 4/22/19 that we are not sure what you mean
“….the report issued the end of March 2019 that documents the resolution
of the [Bowlbyville] Sewer Assessment issues…”.
Please provide clarification or let me know if we can close out your OPRA

Dear Matthew Bansch,
The report I am seeking was issued by Rockaway Township Administration at the end of March. It was addressing the resolution of assessing Homeowners in the Boblyville section of the Township for a new sewer line installed in the early sixties. Upon completion of the project no assessments have been issued to date
for the Homeowners benefiting from this project. The cost of the project has been absorbed by all Township residents. The report is how the issue will be resolved over 25 years later.

Mr. Simon,
A report was issued to the Council by the Township Attorneys. That report was issued subject to a number of privileges/restrictions including, but not limited to, the Attorney/Client Privilege; Attorney Work Product; Advisory, Consultative and/or Deliberative Material; etc. The report is not subject to release at this time.
