Dear Lodi Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I observed Board Trustees, Mr. Alfonso Mastrofilipo and Mrs. Paula Cortez, using their personal cellphones while seated on the dais, during the public meeting on 4/26/2023. Therefore, I am requesting copies of all the text messages and emails sent from both Trustee's phones between 7pm and the close of the public meeting.
