Board Trustees Texting During Meeting
Dear Lodi Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I observed Board Trustees, Mr. Alfonso Mastrofilipo and Mrs. Paula Cortez, using their personal cellphones while seated on the dais, during the public meeting on 4/26/2023. Therefore, I am requesting copies of all the text messages and emails sent from both Trustee's phones between 7pm and the close of the public meeting.

I am writing to request an internal review of Lodi Board of Education's handling of my OPRA request 'Board Trustees Texting During Meeting'.
Why is the email for OPRA request no longer valid? Someone needs to address this immediately as the Board of Education is legally obliged to provide this information to the public.
