Dear Seaside Heights School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: The names of the state-mandated training topics that the following school board members received Out of Compliance Notifications for in November 2023:
- James Boyd
- Tim Smith
- Anthony Storino
Please include the status of where each member is in fulfilling their mandated training requirement and the deadline for each training that is out of compliance.
Also, a list of any other state-mandated training requirements that any member of the board is considered out of compliance for.

See attached email notifications. The emails explain what training is
required. There are no other BOE members that have outstanding training
requirements for 2023. Board members have to complete their trainings by
12/31/23.
