Hi Ms. Carey,

Thanks for sending the 1963-1967 pages. Below is a copy of the request I just submitted for the 1960-1962 pages.

In addition, as we last discussed in April, the earliest agenda page you have sent is Pg. 257 from the January 4, 1960 agenda. Are stamped pgs. 1 through 256 from 1959 not included prior to pg. 257 in that book? When you are checking the 1960 book, can you please check to see if there are any notes at the beginning of the 1960 book stating where the 1959 agendas might be? I had also mentioned to you that in some of the 1970's agendas, there is mention of a microfilm operator being hired by the district (so I was thinking it's possible that the 1950's agendas may have all been placed on microfilm somewhere in your archive). You had said you would look into that in April, but I never heard back about that. Did you ever find any microfilm reels where the 1950's agendas might be?

Hi Ms. Carey,

I just checked through the 1963-1967 pages you sent. I have a few questions:

1. The July 1966 pages (299-300) that you sent state they are from November 1968, so that looks to be the wrong meeting. Could you please re-check between some point in July 1966-August 1966 and send me those two pages (299-300).

2. Also, It looks like I sent the wrong estimated months for these two batches. I know you said they did not exist for January 1963 and May 1963, but it looks like they are actually located in February 1963 and April 1963, so just in case, please check for these again: 2/63 (pgs. 221-222) and 4/63 (pgs. 295-300).

Hi Ms. Carey,

I never received anything from 1959. I just checked my OPRA request for 1959, which is available at this link, and there was never any response to it: https://opramachine.com/request/board_ag...

I also never remember seeing any responses regarding 1959 in any of our other emails.

The earliest pages I ever received were from January 1960. But, you just mentioned you have April 1959-December 1959, so since I never got those pages, could you please send them.
