Our office has received your OPRA request. Due to our computer systems being down, your OPRA request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifially, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”

Regarding the OPRA that you submitted requesting salary information: The email that OPRA Machine provided for you is not working for some reason - I am not able to send any emails to it. If you are able to resubmit the OPRA through OPRA Machine so that they can generate a new email for you, that would be appreciated.
