Please send (2015-present) any applications, plans, permits, traffic studies, environmental reports from the Engineering Department and Land Use/Planning Board/Board of Adjustment (including any preliminary/final site plans; drainage reports; stormwater management reports, traffic impact reports, and any reports from the township engineers, township planners, traffic safety unit, bureau of fire safety and environmental commission) in regards to the new Wawa/Panera Bread property located at Block 446, Lot 3.03 on Route 70.

Please note that the lot you gave was incorrect which caused a delay in processing. The correct Block and Lot is: Block: 446 Lot: 3.01
