Birth Records are not OPRA-able. You may only request a Birth Certificate for an individual if you are a relative. To do so you must provide proof of relationship and valid identification for the requestor. Also the timeframe you are requesting is not available in the City of Bayonne, you must go directly to the State Registrar of New Jersey.
