I am counsel for the Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund. I write to advise you that your OPRA request has been received. However, because of the need to carefully review each of the documents you requested for privileged materials, it will take at least an additional two weeks before we will be able to respond with documents.

Additionally, documents are not generally available under the common law right of access by this request.
