Billing CUCO
Dear Shiloh Borough,

Records requested:
1)I would like to know what company does the medical Billing for the city/town
2)We would like all contracts that state there current agreement with said company
3)who would be the correct party to discuss to win the contracts for billing

The Borough has no Health Insurance Plane, therefore none of the
questions have any documents for which to reply.

Dear Clerk, Ronald L Campbell Sr,
We are asking for who does the Ems Billing for the town if someone calls 911 and they send out a ambulance who does the billing for them??

Ok, sorry, we have an agreement with Bridgeton City to do our EMS
Ambulance Services, I am not aware if or who they would use for such
services.
