The district did not put out a bid as you stated above:
"Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including
all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for On-Call Contractor
for Misc Roadway Reconstruction/Drainage/Maintenance at Twp Properties
that was submitted on 8/8/23."
It is possible Edgewater Park Township bid this on August 8.
