Bid Tabulation Results for Traffic Signal Maintenance & Repairs
Dear Randolph Township,
You sent me the wrong Bid Tally pdf file before. I am resubmitting this request. Please send the correct file.
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for Traffic Signal Maintenance & Repairs that was submitted on 4/26/23
Below is an example of the format we are looking for that the engineer usually creates at the completion of the bid:

| BIDDER 1 | BIDDER 2 |
————————————————————————————————
Item | Description | QNT | UNIT | AMOUNT | UNIT | AMOUNT |

Please send all documents electronically.
Thanks,
PPA
Good afternoon Maddie,
I received your email below and checked with Jenny Lambert, the
Administrator of the Morris County Cooperative Pricing Council (MCCPC),
regarding us sending the wrong Bid Tally.
Attached is your original request (OPRA 23-210) for "the final and
compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all quantities and unit
pricing for each bidder, for Traffic Signal Maintenance & Repairs that was
submitted on 4/26/23" and the responsive records that I sent to you on May
15, 2023. Jenny explained that the bid tabulation she sent to me (which is
again attached to this email) is for Contract #37 that opened on April 26,
2023 and it is the only record that she has. She also explained that
estimated quantities are not required for this contract so there are no
quantities on the bid tab.
I hope this explanation helps to resolve any confusion related to your
Randolph Township OPRA request. Please let me know if you have further
questions. Thank you.
Regards,
Janet Pollio
