Millburn Township OPRA Requests: In order to best serve those requesting records formally under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) we are highlighting the specific ways a requestor may submit an OPRA Request to the Township of Millburn. 1.) Electronically - OPRA Requests submitted electronically shall be submitted though our NextRequest portal. Requestors can track their requests through this versatile portal! Please visit https://twp.millburn.nj.us/DocumentCente...
2.) In Person - OPRA Requests submitted in person shall be submitted in writing to the Municipal Clerks Office at Millburn Town Hall 2nd floor at 375 Millburn Avenue, Millburn NJ 07041 (Police Department OPRA Requests submitted in person shall be submitted in writing to: Millburn Police Department, ATTN: Crystal Woods, 435 Essex Street, Millburn NJ 07041).
3.) By Mail - OPRA Requests submitted by mail shall be submitted in writing and mailed to: Township of Millburn, ATTN: Municipal Clerks Office, 375 Millburn Avenue, NJ 07041 (Police Department OPRA Requests submitted by mail shall be submitted
