In response to the OPRA request received today, 2/9/2024, please see the "unofficial" bid tabulations below for the Bid Project "Site Improvements at Engine 3 Station that opened on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 at 11:00 am. Protective Paving, LLC is apparently the lowest bidder pending verification of required documents by the City's attorney. A copy of the itemized quantity sheets for each Contractor shown below is also attached for the recipients review. Please be advised that the City of Plainfield has sixty (60) days to award this project and as of this communication, no award has been made and no start date has been determined for this bid.
