I provided the document in the manner in which it was stored. The unit
prices were not part of the tabulation and while OPRA is a request for a
document, it is a request for a document already kept on file. I am not
required to generate a document specific to your request (i.e inputting
unit prices and creating a new document). I have provided the bid
tabulation sheet as is. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
