Please be advised a request for “all documents” is not a valid OPRA request. A proper request under OPRA must identify with reasonable clarity those documents that are desired. As per Appellate Court Division decision Elizabeth Mason v. Hoboken - Docket No. A-0508-06T5, specificity is required for a proper OPRA request. The court noted that OPRA was not intended to be used as a fishing expedition or as a research tool to compile unknown documents and that a person must know which records he or she wants and ask for those specific documents.

With that said, I have attached the bid award resolution for you, which shows the bid prices, contractors, and award. If there are other documents you are seeking, please specify the document (i.e. a resolution, letter, email, etc.) along with the date of said document, and we will be happy to request those documents from the appropriate department within the Township.
