Good morning,
I provided the document in the manner in which it is created/stored by my
predecessor. OPRA does not require me to generate a document as you
specified other than the medium (i.e. CD, electronically, if it were in
paper form, etc.).
If you'd like a copy of the resolution awarding said bid and/or the
Minutes that may have provided a reason why the contract was awarded or
rejected, I'm happy to provide those as well. Please advise and thank you
for your attention in this matter.
