The City of Lambertville received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on June 1, 2023. The official Records Custodian, Cynthia Ege
received your OPRA request on June 1, 2023. As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is June 12, 2023. This
response to your request is being provided to you on the third business
day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
The following records were requested:
the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all
quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for Rebid 2018/2019 NJDOT
Municipal Aid Funded Grant George St. Improv that was submitted on 7/30/20
A Bid Tabulation Sheet completed by the City Engineer cost additional
funds and was not completed for this project. Therefore, your request for
the document has been denied because the record does not exist. In
response to your request, we are providing you with a copy of the
resolution of award, the proposals received in response to our request and
a bid tabulation estimate that was completed by the City Engineer prior to
the advertisement for proposals.
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.defines a government record as
" ... any paper, written or printed book, document, drawing, map, plan,
photograph, microfilm, data processed or image processed document,
information stored or maintained electronically or by sound-recording or
in a similar device, or any copy thereof, that has been made, maintained
or kept on file... or that has been received..." (Emphasis added.)
These records are being transmitted to you via email as per your request.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is
$00.00.

As was stated in the response, this is not a document that was made or
maintained. I can obtain a quote from the City Engineer to complete the
spreadsheet for you. Are you willing to pay their fee?
