Bid Tabulation Results for North Franklin, Swan, Studdiford & Coryell Streets Improvement Project

We're waiting for Maddie Baisley to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Lambertville City

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for North Franklin, Swan, Studdiford & Coryell Streets Improvement Project that was submitted on 10/17/2023 10:00 AM.

Below is an example of the format we are looking for that the engineer usually creates at the completion of the bid:

|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Item | Description | QNT | UNIT | AMOUNT | UNIT | AMOUNT |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |

Please send all documents electronically.

Thanks,
PPA

Dear Lambertville City,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Lambertville City's handling of my OPRA request 'Bid Tabulation Results for North Franklin, Swan, Studdiford & Coryell Streets Improvement Project'.

Please provide an update on this request.

Yours faithfully,

Maddie Baisley

Maddie:
I have a request from you for the sidewalk bid, the nature trail,
snowplowing, tropical storm ida repairs, but I do not see one for the
North Franklin, Swan and Studdiford Street Road Projects. We have a new
engineer of record and she has provided the City with the attached review.
Be advised that we may not always receive this level of detail.
Best,
Cindy Ege
City Clerk
