This same request was answered on 1/26/23:

This project was rebid as the first go around in August exceeded estimates and available appropriation. Attached are the results from the rebid from which an award was made.

I will add the additional information:

There are no documents responsive to your request as no bid tabulation sheet was created based on the 8/9/22 bid opening. As stated above, the single bid that was received on 8/9/22 was rejected. The resolution rejecting the bid is attached along with the recommendation to reject the bid written by the township engineer.
