Under separate cover, I sent you an email on May 31, 2023, (see attached) asking you to please resubmit your requests to include a copy of the ad for each service you referenced to ensure that your request is processed accordingly. For your information and reference, I ask for a copy of the ad to ensure that the solicitation is from the City of Newark and furthermore, to identify the agency that solicited the service. I have not received a response from you on the aforementioned for the 10 OPRA requests you submitted on May 26th. In order to assist you, I looked into each request further and will address each one separately for your convenience.
