I would be the person to speak with regarding OPRA requests. I apologize but I did not recall seeing your request prior to today. I have searched back in my emails and did find the one from 7/15.
I have attached the award recommendation letter which includes the bid tab sheet. This project was rejected and no contracts were awarded on this bid.
