Dear Taylor O'Brien,

Thank you for sending the bid summary. However, what we require is the bid tabulation with unit prices per item from each bidder with the list of items. Please send this at your soonest convenience. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Maddie Baisley

Hello,

The records that were provided with the original response were all the responsive records the City currently maintains.
Our Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) is out of the office and in order to respond to the request within the time frame, the City provided the records as they are maintained to avoid an extension. As the City had responsive records to send, that was what was provided.
Because the City does not send records on a rolling basis, if you would like to send a second request, kindly submit a new request as this one has been answered and deemed closed.

Thank you,
Taylor O'Brien
