The project is on the March 21 meeting agenda for approval of the
governing body. The breakdown is attached, but we do not have an item to
item comparison. I can only give you what we have. If you want to pay our
Architect to do the comparison for you, I will get an estimate of how much
that will cost.

I am in receipt of your email. I need to know if you are willing to pay
the Architect to write a review for you. His hourly rate is $195.00 per
hour. We received  three bids and I'm not sure how long it will take him
to perform the work you are requesting. 
As soon as I receive your response regarding a quote and your willingness
to pay, I will take appropriate action.
