Per your request attached please find the bid tabulation sheet and the following award resolution.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the NJ Public School Contract Law, the Northern Burlington County Regional Board of Education advertised on March 13, 2023, to construct an Athletic Storage Pole Barn Facility at Northern Burlington County High School; and

WHEREAS, the bids were opened and read out loud at a meeting held on April 20, 2023, and examined by district personnel for conformance with the bid specifications and NJ Public School Contract Law.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Northern Burlington County Regional Board of Education hereby:

Awards the contract to construct an Athletic Storage Pole Barn Facility at Northern Burlington County High School, as outlined in the bid specification, to Joseph Porretta Builders, Inc., Hammonton, New Jersey as the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of:
If only Base Bid = $488,500.00
If only Alternate A chosen = $578,000.00
If only Alternate B chosen = $545,000.00
If Alternates A and B chosen = $614,500.00

The School Business Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance with the specifications and bid documents, subject to solicitor review and approval of same.
