Good Afternoon Ms. Baisley,

 

In response to your OPRA request #2023-839 please see attached the summary
of 3 apparent low bids provided by our Engineering Department, which is
the only document meeting your request that exists at this time.  Our
Engineering Department states that the remainder of bids are still being
compiled, and a document has not been made, maintained or kept on file at
this time.

 

I have also included the Acknowledgement Form for you to sign and return
at your earliest convenience.
