Please accept this as Rowan’s completed response to your April 24, 2026, OPRA request (below) wherein you sought the Bid tabulation for RFP 26-21 UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLIES & RELATED EQUIPMENTS. Attached please find the Score Sheet with the following redactions:
1. The evaluation scores of each of the Committee Members. Under OPRA, consultative or deliberative material is exempt from production. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. The deliberative process exempts “documents that reflect advisory opinions, recommendations, and deliberations comprising part of a process by which [its] decisions and policies are formulated." In re Liquidation of Integrity Ins. Co., 165 N.J. 75, 83 (2000).
2. The names of Committee Members are exempt from publication under OPRA. IMO Application of Medicinal Marijuana ATC for Pangaea, et al. (Docket No. A-2204-18T4, et al, Nov. 25, 2020).
