Bid Tabulation for Rebid-Add/Alts to Public Works Building #3
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for Rebid-Add/Alts to Public Works Building #3 that was submitted on 8/25/2020.
Below is an example of the format we are looking for that the engineer usually creates at the completion of the bid:

Attached please find the total grand amount tabulation for each bidder. Please see email from Engineer regarding; what the specs required for goods and services.

The specs req’d bidders provide a Lump Sum Total for all goods & services "grand total amount".
There was no provision for “breakdown of materials”.
