Please be advised that the bid tabulation is on page 2 of the attached document. As stated in previous requests, the County does not maintain the requested records in that format. Pursuant to the definition of a Government Record, a State Agency does not have to provide a record that does not exist or create a record in response to requests. (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9; GRC Exemption No. 23)
