Please accept this as Rowan's completed response to your May 14, 2024 OPRA request (below) wherein you sought "the Bid tabulation for RFP 24-46". Attached please find the Score Sheet and Award Letter for this bid which contain information on the results and the awarded party.
As you may know, OPRA requires a response within seven business days, in this case would be May 23, 2024. This response is being provided on May 15, 2024, the first business day. This is Rowan's full response to your OPRA request and the file will be closed unless you advise otherwise.

In the Rowan's previous response, you were provided the Score Sheet and Award Letter. In addition to those documents, Rowan is also providing the following documents:
