Please see the attached documents in response to your OPRA request
regarding properties with delinquent taxes over $4,000.  The Village of
Ridgewood does not require registration of vacant or distressed properties
and there is no list containing open violations.

At this time, we will consider this request closed and our obligation
satisfied.
