Please see the attached documents in response to your OPRA request
regarding properties with delinquent taxes over $4,000. The Village of
Ridgewood does not require registration of vacant or distressed properties
and there is no list containing open violations.
At this time, we will consider this request closed and our obligation
satisfied.

Notice: You are advised that copies of correspondence, including e-mail
correspondence and attachments, between the public and the Village of
Ridgewood are obtainable by any person filing a request under the Open
Public Records Act (OPRA) unless subject to a specific OPRA exception.

Village of Ridgewood offices will be closed as of Friday, March 20^th and
will open again on Monday, April 6^th. I will be checking emails while
