Please be advised you must specify the document you are requesting.    The
township is not required to create a 
document.  There is no specific document relating to your requestg as
written.  
Departments Heads receive an option through the NJState Health Benefits of
those plans available.   The department heads pay contributions based on
chapter 78 Tier 3
