BCPO Charges Filed against Ronald Knighten
Dear Burlington County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: All records relating to or reflecting the disposition of the theft by deception charges filed in or about July 2015 by the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office and the Springfield Township Police Department against Ronald Knighten and Benjamin Knighten, including without limitation any complaint, information, indictment, plea agreement, pretrial intervention record, or judgment of conviction.
Please note that the Springfield Township Police Department answered a prior request by advising that it had no responsive records, and that Mansfield Township answered a prior request by advising that it transferred all records of this matter to your Office on July 29, 2015.
