Mr. Kratovil,
We are in receipt of the above OPRA request.  As we do not have all the
information on a single sheet, it will take some time to compile it and
present it in a spreadsheet format.
Question: are you seeking information on all employees, including library
clerks and crossing guards?

Mr. Kratovil,
Please find attached this Records Custodian's response to your OPRA
request of January 6, 2019.

Mr. Kratovil,
Thank you for your email earlier today on the OPRA request and minimum
wage.
I consulted with my payroll department.
Jeff Manno and Elizabeth Renavitz were P/T employees in the Recreation
Department in Summer 2018.  If they are rehired in 2019 we will pay them
per the current rate, $8.85.
John Baldino and Rachel Lessing are P/T employees of the public
library.  I will inform the library's Board of Trustees of this situation
and they will amend the salary by resolution.  Once we have received that
resolution, my payroll department will change the information in the
payroll system to adjust for the correct minimum wage, and we will issue
them what is owed to them retroactively to 1/1/2019.

Subject: Concern about Dunellen minimum wage compliance
To: <[3][email address]>

Mr. Mayor:
I am writing you to raise a concern and request a response.  As part of
my work as a reporter, I requested basic employee information from your
Clerk's Office on January 6.
Since then, I received records that have been posted to this
link: [4]https://opramachine.com/request/3433/res...
I noticed at least four municipal employees are paid as low as $8.60 per
hour, which is less than the New Jersey minimum wage.  As of January 1,
the minimum wage is $8.85 per hour.
Please explain, address, and if necessary, correct this discrepancy.  I
am working on an article about the upcoming increases to the NJ minimum
wage and I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
Thank you kindly,
Charles Kratovil
