Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide documents, lists, reports or statements sufficient to show:
1) the name, title, department/division, current salary, and hire date for all salaried employees as of January 2, 2019
2) the name, title, department/division, current hourly rate, and hire date for all hourly employees as of January 2, 2019
3) the names of all employees currently enrolled in each healthcare insurance program/plan
4) the names of all employees currently enrolled in each public pension system
5) the names and pay status for each employee currently suspended from duty
6) the total 2018 base pay, overtime pay, and extra-duty pay for each employee

Dear Charlie Kratovil,
The Borough of South River received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on January 7, 2019. The official Records Custodian, William Bray, received your OPRA request on January 7, 2019. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 16, 2019. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
You requested:
“documents, lists, reports or statements sufficient to show:
1) the name, title, department/division, current salary, and hire date for all salaried employees as of January 2, 2019

There is no single records that contain the information requested.
Attached are: Report listing Borough employees, date of hire, gross earning, overtime, title, pay type and pay rate; a report listing over time and extra duty pay; report listing Borough employees and the department they work for
Central Jersey Health Insurance Fund Monthly Report, with everything redacted except for the employees' names and the type of plan (ie HMO/PPO in accordance with the decision in Michelson v. Wyatt, 379 N.J.Super. 611 (App. Div. 2005)
Public Pension Retirement System and Police and Firemen's Retirement System 4th qtr report with everything redacted except for the Employees' name and base pay in accordance with the decision in Wolosky v. Borough of Wash., No. A-4884-15T3, 2017 N.J. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 2868, at *5 (App. Div. Nov. 17, 2017), held that pension payments were not disclosable under NJSA 47:1A-10.

There are no employees suspended with or without pay.
Also, I am not in the pension roll, in that report, for reasons not subject to disclosure, but will be listed in all subsequent reports.
