Dear Middlesex County,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all ballot designs that will be used for the 2023 general election, including sample and mail-in ballots. To the extent you can provide records or information about ballots will appear on the electronic voting machines (i.e. will the entire ballot appear on one screen, or is there a second screen for non-partisan races and/or ballot questions?), please do so.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
As per your request, please see attached sample copies of the 2023 General
Election Mail-in Ballots. We are still in the process of programming the
voting machine ballots so we do not have any samples or information
regarding the layout.
